Fitness & Personal Training

Our fitness program is much different than programs you'll find in most big box gyms. We don't focus on weight loss, we focus on fat loss. We don't put every client on a "one plan fits all" exercise and diet plan. We develop an array of plans that consistently push our clients toward their own personal goal with workouts systems that are written and developed to meet each individuals needs, wants, strengths, and weaknesses.

Our team fitness class uses HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts to develop better cardio and strength. While our personal training programs are built to fit the needs of the individual, and may include several different kinds of workouts.
